We charge £299, all inclusive, for hen parties of any size. We bring 20 yoga mats with us, if you have more than 20 hens please bring a couple of mats or towels.

YES!!! Here at Yoga Hens we only select the very best teachers, who are super-skilled in teaching all levels, particularly beginners. We make everyone feel welcome and tailor our classes to suit complete beginners, with more advanced challenges offered as options. If you have a particular style or level you would like us to teach, just let us know.

We can teach in any space where you can all lie down. If space is tight, please reach out and we can discuss. We are always happy to create a bespoke class to suit the space and the group.

Yes, absolutely. All of our teachers are fully qualified and have a minimum of two years’ experience teaching yoga to all levels. In addition, every instructor completes our specialised Yoga Hens training programme to further develop their skills and ensure the highest quality experience for your group.
